Baby Cafe Closure
The last Wellington Street Baby Cafe session ran today (30th April 2013) marking the end of an extremely valued service – one that has helped well over 2,000 breastfeeding families (over 400 of those in the last year alone!) Its excellent reputation is testament to the kindness and dedication of two very special people who have always put the needs of mothers and babies first. Carolyn and Ann, on behalf of all Northamptonshire mothers, we cannot thank you enough for your help and support over the past eight years. As NBA we will continue to look at alternative funding which might see this important service reopened. Today is a sad day but the fight is not lost.
The Baby Cafe has since been re-opened with the support of our members. We have secured funding until November 2014.
